One minor thought: when the unlit portion of the moon is visibly distinct from the rest of the sky, I believe that it is generally because that portion of the moon is brighter than the sky due to "earthshine." In the picture the opposite is true, with the unlit portion of the moon being darker than the surrounding sky.
I love this artwork and your idea.

Indeed, they are not main actress of the show and both of them are not typical (Disney type) princesses for saling toys
(Celly is too motherly and queenly. Luna is too dark and she acts like a general).
But I still like their stories.
