My entry for day 8 of Equestria Daily's Artist Training Grounds II. The brief was "draw a pony trying something new". Griffons count as ponies now!
Update: This picture, as well as the next day's piece, made it into EqD's Drawfriend #539 post (pictures 38 and 25 respectively). I didn't submit them myself, so it's flattering to think they caught someone else's attention enough to warrant inclusion!
